In this role, you'll be at the heart of TAMC's client experience — managing accounts, supporting traders, and ensuring seamless platform operations with accuracy and care.


Job Requirements

Industry Knowledge

  • Familiar with Broker and Prop Firm CRM systems
  • Solid understanding of trading platforms (MT4/MT5) — hands-on trading experience is a strong advantage

Platform & Tool Proficiency

  • Experience using MT5 Manager for account management
  • Familiarity with customer communication tools (e.g. Crisp, Convrs)
  • Ability to manage WooCommerce for client transactions

Customer Support & Operations

  • Strong customer service skills with experience handling trader inquiries
  • Capable of processing client withdrawals accurately and securely through broker systems
  • Proactive and professional in resolving client issues and maintaining trust

General Skills

  • Detail-oriented, reliable, and self-motivated
  • Excellent communication skills (English proficiency preferred)
  • Analytical and adaptable — thrives in a fast-paced, evolving environment
