  • ·Manage the recruitment process, including job postings, screening resumes, conducting interviews, and making job offers.
  • Onboarding and offboarding processes, including orientation, training, and exit interviews.
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date employee records and documentation of personnel files.
  • Serve as the timekeeper using the biometric system to monitor employee attendance; manually compute overtime and other attendance-related data
  • Handle employee relations, including the issuance of disciplinary action memos.
  • Prepare and process government-mandated contributions and reports, such as Pag-IBIG, SSS, PhilHealth, DOLE reports, and other related compliance requirements.
  • Familiar with the DOLE Labor Code of the Philippines, ensuring compliance with labor standards.
  • Knowledge of ISO standards and compliance.
  • Represent the company during audits.
  • Knowledgeable of RBA (Responsible Business Alliance) standards.
  • Process Alien Employment Permit (AEP) applications.
  • Manage PEZA visa applications and other working permits.
