Medical Sales Representative or better known as Territorial Sales Representative is responsible for the sales and marketing of Solventum (Formerly Known as 3M) surgical products in Cavite and Rizal. Other responsibilities include collection of accounts receivables and participation in public tenders.

Additionally, You will also be reporting to the PCC South Luzon Branch (located in Santa Rosa, Laguna) every Monday for weekly reports, presentations, meetings, etc., or as required by your immediate supervisor (District Sales Manager).

Key Responsibilities:

  • Promote and sell Solventum surgical products to doctors, nurses, and hospital staff.
  • Build and maintain professional relationships to strengthen product visibility and client trust.
  • Achieve and exceed sales and collection targets within assigned areas.
  • Conduct product presentations and training sessions to showcase product value and benefits.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure efficient product delivery and customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities to improve sales strategies.
  • Prepare and submit sales reports, track expenses, and support bidding and tender processes.
  • Provide accurate territory performance updates and market insights to supervisors.

Qualifications:

  • Graduate of BS Nursing or any 4-year medical/business related course
  • With license is an advantage
  • Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office applications
  • With sales experience (preferably Medical Sales) is an advantage
  • Strong interpersonal and communication (both oral and written) skills
  • Goal-driven, high energy self-starters with strong time management and planning skills
  • Area flexibility, willing to travel as where Company service is needed
  • Able to work independently, self-motivated and sales driven

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php19, Php25,000.00 per month
