About the role

We are seeking an exceptional Brand Manager to join the marketing team of New Marketlink Pharmaceutical Corporation, a leading provider of innovative healthcare solutions. As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for developing and implementing successful brand strategies that drive growth and increase market share for our pharmaceutical products. This is a full-time position based in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Developing and executing comprehensive brand plans to support the company's strategic objectives
  2. Conducting market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and monitor industry trends
  3. Collaborating with cross-functional teams to create impactful marketing campaigns and content
  4. Managing the brand's budget and optimising marketing spend to achieve the best return on investment
  5. Monitoring and analysing brand performance metrics to inform future strategy
  6. Identifying and capitalising on new and emerging channels to reach target customers
  7. Providing regular updates and recommendations to senior management

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 2 years of experience in brand management, preferably within the pharmaceutical or healthcare industry
  2. Strong understanding of marketing principles, brand strategy, and product lifecycle management
  3. Excellent communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively engage with stakeholders at all levels
  4. Proven track record of delivering successful marketing campaigns and driving brand growth
  5. Proficiency in data analysis and using insights to inform decision-making
  6. Creative problem-solving skills and a customer-centric mindset
  7. Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field
