  • 3-5 years of relevant work experience

  • Proficient in ERP systems (preferably NetSuite)
  • Strong understanding of BIR filing, vendor payments, and cash management
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Can start ASAP

Job Summary:

The role primarily involves managing BIR filing and payments through eFPS and processing vendor payments.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Reconciliation of General Ledger (GL) versus Subsidiary Ledger (SL)
  • Cash management, including preparing Cash Position reports, rolling over time deposits, and liaising with bank personnel
  • Performing ad-hoc tasks as needed to support the finance team
