Customer Service for Tech Support

We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via a blended chat and voice account. Based in our Pampanga office, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.
What you'll be doing
- Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across a range of communication channels, including chat and voice
- Provide accurate and timely information to customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
- Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our customer service processes
- Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
- Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators
What we're looking for
- Associate/College Graduate/2 yrs college in Information Technology
or any related field with 12 months of hardcore tech experience in BPO or non-BPO
(hardware and software troubleshooting) - Telco TSR BPO experience is ok
- Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
- Must be able to type 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
- Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
- Additional certification/training in technical field is preferred
- Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required
