We are seeking a talented and dedicated Customer Service Representative to join our growing team. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and technical support to our clients via a blended chat and voice account. Based in our Pampanga office, you will play a crucial part in ensuring our customers have a seamless and positive experience with our products and services.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and resolve issues across a range of communication channels, including chat and voice
  2. Provide accurate and timely information to customers, demonstrating a strong understanding of our products and services
  3. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure customer needs are met
  4. Identify trends and provide feedback to improve our customer service processes
  5. Maintain detailed records of all customer interactions and escalate complex issues as needed
  6. Adhere to established service level agreements and key performance indicators

What we're looking for

  1. Associate/College Graduate/2 yrs college in Information Technology

    or any related field with 12 months of hardcore tech experience in BPO or non-BPO

    (hardware and software troubleshooting)
  2. Telco TSR BPO experience is ok
  3. Excellent English communication skills both verbal and written
  4. Must be able to type 35 WPM with 86% accuracy
  5. Strong knowledge in Microsoft Office Suite
  6. Additional certification/training in technical field is preferred
  7. Shifting schedule/Weekends/Holidays/OT required
