We are Hiring Tele-Collector

WORK ON-SITE (Ortigas, Pasig City)

Job Description:

  • Contact customers via phone and mail to secure payments and to obtain a commitment to pay, negotiate payment in full or payment arrangements.

  • Update customers' accounts on a collection system.

  • Organize future work and schedule follow-up.

  • Maintain established performance metrics.

  • Comply with policies and procedures as required.

Requirements:

1) At least 1 year collection experience;

2) Experience in pre-due date and due date is preferred;

3) Good communication skills and teamwork spirit, strong sense of responsibility;

4) Has a smart phone for collection.
