About the role

We are seeking an experienced Warehouse Manager to join our dynamic team at HMD Hermada HR Solutions Corporation. As Warehouse Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing all warehouse operations, ensuring efficient and cost-effective management of inventory, logistics, and distribution processes.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage and oversee the daily operations of the warehouse, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping of goods
  • Develop and implement strategies to optimise warehouse efficiency, reduce costs, and improve inventory management
  • Oversee the maintenance and upkeep of the warehouse facility, equipment, and technology
  • Manage and motivate a team of warehouse personnel, including supervisors, forklift operators, and other warehouse staff
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
  • Analyse warehouse performance data and provide reports to senior management
  • Collaborate with other departments to improve overall supply chain and logistics operations

What we're looking for

  • A minimum of 5 years of experience as a Warehouse Manager or in a similar senior logistics role
  • Strong knowledge of warehouse management systems, inventory control, and supply chain logistics
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, and time management skills
  • Proficient in data analysis and reporting
  • Ability to lead and motivate a team of warehouse personnel
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Familiarity with relevant health, safety, and environmental regulations
