About the role
As a Sales Executive (School Director) at AMA Computer College Inc., you will play a crucial role in driving the company's growth by managing and nurturing key client relationships. Based in Quezon City, Metro Manila, this full-time position will see you leading the sales efforts for the college, ensuring its continued success in the competitive education sector.
What you'll be doing
- Developing and implementing effective sales strategies to attract new students and maintain strong relationships with existing ones
- Managing and growing a portfolio of assigned client accounts, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction
- Identifying and pursuing new business opportunities through proactive outreach and networking
- Collaborating with internal teams to provide tailored solutions and resolve any client concerns
- Maintaining detailed records of all client interactions and sales activities
- Achieving and exceeding individual and team sales targets
- Contributing to the overall growth and development of the college
What we're looking for
- Proven track record of success in a sales or account management role, preferably within the education or service industry
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and trust with clients
- Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities to effectively handle client requests and objections
- Proficient in data analysis and using CRM systems to track and report on sales activities
- Demonstrated ability to work independently and as part of a team to achieve shared goals
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent in a relevant field
