Job Summary

The Corporate Sales Executive is responsible for driving business growth through strategic partnerships, channel sales, and corporate account development. This role focuses on acquiring, onboarding, and managing sales partners while executing sales initiatives that expand market reach and revenue performance. The position requires strong relationship management, sales execution, and coordination with internal teams to ensure sustainable partner productivity.


Key Responsibilities

Corporate Sales & Partnership Development

  • Identify, recruit, and onboard corporate partners, sales channels, and referral networks to support revenue growth.
  • Develop and execute partnership and corporate sales strategies aligned with company targets.
  • Expand business presence through corporate accounts, field sales activities, and partner engagements.

Relationship & Account Management

  • Build and maintain strong professional relationships with partners and corporate clients to ensure engagement and retention.
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned partners, addressing concerns and supporting sales performance.
  • Conduct regular check-ins, meetings, and performance reviews with partners and accounts.

Sales Execution & Campaign Management

  • Implement sales campaigns, promotions, and partnership programs to drive lead generation and conversions.
  • Coordinate with internal sales, marketing, and operations teams to ensure seamless execution of initiatives.
  • Monitor sales pipelines and partner activity to ensure consistent productivity.

Performance Monitoring & Reporting

  • Track partner performance, sales output, and campaign results against targets.
  • Prepare regular sales performance reports, insights, and recommendations for management.
  • Use data and field feedback to improve sales strategies and partner engagement.

Market & Field Engagement

  • Conduct market visits, partner meetings, and fieldwork as required.
  • Stay updated on industry trends, competitor activity, and market opportunities to strengthen sales positioning.

Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business Management, Marketing, Sales, or a related field.
  • At least 2 years of experience in corporate sales, partnerships, affiliate marketing, or business development.
  • Proven experience in relationship management, account handling, or channel sales.
  • Strong communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Experience working with partners, brokers, influencers, or corporate clients is an advantage.
  • Willingness to do fieldwork and attend partner or client meetings as needed.
  • Highly organized, results-driven, and capable of working independently in a fast-paced environment.
