Key Responsibilities

  • Identify and develop new business opportunities through prospecting and networking
  • Present, promote, and sell products/services to potential customers
  • Maintain and grow relationships with existing clients
  • Understand customer needs and recommend suitable solutions
  • Negotiate contracts and close sales deals
  • Prepare sales proposals, quotations, and presentations
  • Achieve assigned sales targets and KPIs
  • Maintain accurate records of sales activities and customer interactions
  • Monitor market trends and competitor activities
  • Collaborate with marketing and internal teams to improve sales performance

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (preferred)
  • Proven experience as a Sales Executive or in a similar sales role
  • Strong communication, negotiation, and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Results-oriented with a strong drive to meet targets
  • Proficiency in MS Office
