  • Establishes, develops and implements environmental, safety and health (ESH) guidelines, policies and procedures.
  • Oversees environmental, safety and health programs as implemented by the ESH Central Committee at the Project Site and consolidates reports to be submitted by the Safety Engineers on a monthly basis.
  • Supervises and coordinates the overall environmental, safety and health aspects and initiatives of the company in compliance with the applicable laws and regulations of the government and its agencies, and of the requirements of the company's QESHMS.
  • Develops and formulates, in coordination with Managers, company-wide environmental, safety and health programs, strategies and targets, and in administering its implementation.
  • Checks conformance with established environmental, safety and health procedures, guidelines and programs through audit, periodic inspection and the like.
  • Conducts ESH incident investigations, prepare analysis, develop appropriate measures and recommend to management any course of action.
  • Advocates environmental, safety and health awareness among co-employees.
  • Reports within reasonable time to the DOLE or relevant regulatory bodies any incident of occupational illnesses in the company and monthly safety reports.
  • Coordinates with Corporate or Gencon/Client PCO regarding environmental requirements, compliance and other issues or concerns.
  • Facilitates compliance to applicable ESH legislations, rules and regulations.
  • Handles other environmental, safety and health concerns of the company as may be required.
  • Performs other related work as required.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Php19, Php22,000.00 per month
