Job Summary:

The Project Nurse is responsible for providing on-site medical services, promoting occupational health and safety, and supporting the overall well-being of personnel within the project site. The role ensures compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations and assists in emergency response and health monitoring activities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide immediate medical care and first aid to employees in case of accidents or illnesses on-site.
  • Maintain accurate medical records, incident logs, and health reports.
  • Conduct daily health monitoring and assist in health assessments of project personnel.
  • Ensure proper storage, issuance, and inventory of medicines and medical supplies.
  • Coordinate with safety officers regarding health and safety programs, trainings, and emergency drills.
  • Assist in implementing occupational health and safety standards in compliance with DOLE and DOH requirements.
  • Support pre-employment and periodic medical examinations of employees.
  • Participate in emergency response and disaster preparedness activities at the project site.
  • Liaise with nearby hospitals or clinics for referrals and emergency cases.
  • Promote health awareness and preventive care among workers.

Qualifications:

  • Registered Nurse (RN) with a valid PRC license.
  • Preferably with Basic Occupational Safety and Health (BOSH) for Nurses training (DOLE-accredited).
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as a site or project nurse, preferably in a construction or industrial environment.
  • Knowledgeable in first aid, emergency response, and occupational health standards.
  • Good communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
  • Willing to be assigned on-site in Taysan, Batangas.
