Job Description:

  • Identify new business opportunities for Fibercom's fiber optic solutions within the assigned account.
  • Conduct product presentations and technical sales meetings, translating client needs into tailored solutions.
  • Coordinate with internal technical and operations teams to ensure smooth project execution.
  • Prepare and negotiate commercial proposals, contract terms, and delivery timelines.
  • Act as an excellent communicator, negotiator, and deal-closer.
  • Maintain up-to-date client data and sales forecasts using CRM tools.
  • Represent Fibercom at trade shows, networking events, and industry forums.
  • Report directly to the Head of Sales and Marketing.

Job Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Business, Engineering, or Telecommunications.
  • Minimum of 3 years of previous sales experience in the telecom industry.
  • Able to start immediately.
