We are looking for a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Rewards, Performance, and Culture to join our team as a Workday Rewards & Performance Lead. This role requires strong expertise in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation, with hands-on experience in Annual Merit Review (AMR) and Mid-Year Increase Review (MYIR) processes. The ideal candidate will lead a squad, provide BAU support, solution small changes, and ensure smooth configuration and optimization of Workday modules related to Rewards and Performance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Act as SME for Workday Rewards, Performance, and Culture modules, with focus on Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
  • Support, design, configure, and optimize Workday Rewards and Performance solutions.
  • Lead and guide the squad in implementing small enhancements and delivering BAU production support.
  • Manage AMR and MYIR processes, ensuring accurate configuration and timely execution.
  • Handle service requests and resolve production tickets related to compensation and performance.
  • Oversee compensation review and performance review processes within Workday.
  • Perform regression testing using Kainos Smart, track issues, and support Workday release activities.
  • Configure compensation plans, packages, matrices, grade profiles, eligibility rules, and rounding rules.
  • Create and execute EIB loads and build custom reports for validation and process tracking.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or related field.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience with Workday Rewards, Performance, and Culture modules.
  • Strong expertise in Core Compensation and Advanced Compensation.
  • Proven experience with AMR and MYIR processes.

Additional Requirements:

  • Open to Project based employment (initial 6 months w/ possibility of absorption depends on your performance)
  • Amenable to work 1-2x Onsite per week on 9am-7pm Shift
