We are seeking a highly skilled Workday Reporting & Security Specialist to join our team. This role requires a Subject Matter Expert (SME) in Workday Security, Reporting, and Analytics with proven experience in advanced reporting methodologies and building customized solutions. The successful candidate will collaborate with clients and internal stakeholders to design, implement, and optimize reporting systems that drive actionable insights and ensure compliance.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serve as an SME in Workday Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Design, develop, and maintain advanced reports, calculated fields, and custom dashboards.
  • Partner directly with clients and business stakeholders to gather requirements and deliver tailored reporting solutions.
  • Ensure accuracy, performance, and compliance of reporting systems.
  • Lead peer reviews, manage team tasks, and provide technical guidance on reporting best practices.
  • Contribute to the continuous enhancement of Workday reporting frameworks, dashboards, and analytics solutions.
  • Support initiatives involving Workday Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Business Analytics, or related field.
  • Minimum of 4 years of hands-on experience with Workday Security, Reporting, and Analytics.
  • Strong expertise in Workday advanced reporting methodologies and customized reporting solutions.

  • Proficiency in:

  • Workday Security (simple and advanced)

  • Calculated fields logic
  • Matrix and Composite Reporting
  • Dashboard creation and modification
  • Basic knowledge of Prism Analytics and Adaptive Planning is an advantage.

Additional Requirements:

  • Open to Project based employment (initial 6 months w/ possibility of absorption depends on your performance)
  • Amenable to work 1-2x Onsite per week on 9am-7pm
