DT Mitigation Specialist

Location: Bonifacio Stopover, BGC, Taguig City

Client: Unilever Philippines

Salary: ₱40,000/month

Work Setup: On-site | Mon–Fri, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM

Contract: 6 months (Probationary, with possible extension)

About the Role

We are looking for a DT Mitigation Specialist who will ensure on-time deliveries to distributors by coordinating delivery schedules, handling returns pull-outs, and resolving delivery-related concerns. You will play a key role in aligning logistics operations with business targets while building strong relationships with distributors and partners.

Key Responsibilities
  • Act as the primary contact for distributor delivery concerns, coordinating with shipping lines, checkering teams, and truckers.
  • Represent the company in Shipping Line KPI meetings, providing insights and recommendations to improve service levels.
  • Collaborate with the Operations Transport Management (OTM) team for shipment planning and data sharing.
  • Monitor aging shipments at container yards and coordinate with relevant teams to minimize costs and delays.
  • Provide daily shipment status updates to distributors and internal teams.
  • Generate reports and ensure compliance with business KPIs and operational targets.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Supply Chain, Logistics, or Business Management.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in supply chain, customer service, or business partnering.
  • Proficient in MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint); SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Customer-focused, results-oriented, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
