Job Title: Healthcare Executive – Generic Healthcare (Cebu)

Work Setup: Onsite | Cebu City

Compensation: ₱24,000 monthly package + ₱30,000 SOB (one-time)

Job Description

As a Healthcare Executive, you will support a US healthcare account by:

  • Handling inbound/outbound calls or back-office requests from patients, providers, and payors
  • Explaining benefits, coverage, and basic clinical/administrative information
  • Coordinating with internal teams to resolve member and provider concerns
  • Accurately documenting all interactions in the system while following strict compliance and privacy guidelines
  • Meeting performance metrics (AHT, quality, attendance, productivity)

Qualifications
  • 6 months–1 year generic healthcare BPO experience (member services, provider services, pre-auth, basic claims, etc.)
  • Strong English communication skills (verbal & written)
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment
  • Amenable to onsite work in Cebu City on shifting schedules (may include nights/weekends)
  • Preferably available to start by early to mid-December
