About the role

YONDU INC.' is seeking a talented Multimedia/Creative Specialist to join our dynamic B2B Video Marketing team. This is a full-time position based in Taguig City, Metro Manila. In this role, you will be responsible for creating visually compelling and engaging video content to support our B2B marketing initiatives.

What you'll be doing

  1. Conceptualize, produce and edit high-quality video content for a variety of marketing campaigns and channels
  2. Collaborate closely with the marketing and sales teams to understand business objectives and translate them into impactful video assets
  3. Stay up-to-date with the latest video production trends and techniques to continuously elevate the quality of our content
  4. Manage the video production process from storyboarding to final delivery, ensuring projects are completed on time and to a high standard
  5. Optimise video content for various platforms and devices to maximise engagement and reach
  6. Provide creative input and solutions to enhance the overall effectiveness of our B2B marketing campaigns

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar multimedia or video production role, preferably within a marketing or advertising agency
  2. Strong proficiency in video editing software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, After Effects or Final Cut Pro
  3. Hands-on experience in various aspects of video production, including filming, lighting, audio recording and post-production
  4. Excellent creative and conceptual skills, with the ability to translate complex ideas into visually engaging stories
  5. Keen eye for detail, and the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams
  6. Up-to-date knowledge of video marketing trends, best practices and emerging technologies
  7. Degree in Multimedia Arts, Digital Media, Marketing or a related field
