Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and creative Marketing Specialist with a solid foundation in digital marketing to support our brand, campaign, and growth initiatives. This role involves executing marketing strategies, coordinating campaigns, analyzing performance, and assisting in digital content creation. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to strengthen brand presence, enhance customer engagement, and drive measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:Marketing & Campaign Support

  • Assist in planning, executing, and monitoring marketing campaigns across online and offline channels.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely rollout of marketing materials and promotions.
  • Support brand-building activities, product launches, and events when needed.
  • Manage marketing calendars and ensure alignment with overall brand strategy.

Digital Marketing Tasks

  • Assist in managing social media platforms: posting, scheduling, basic content creation, and community engagement.
  • Support paid digital initiatives (FB ads, Google Ads) by preparing briefs, monitoring performance, and coordinating with agencies.
  • Update the company website or landing pages (basic CMS experience is a plus).
  • Contribute to email marketing campaigns by assisting with content and basic analytics.

Content & Creative Coordination

  • Work with designers, writers, and external vendors to produce marketing creatives such as banners, videos, and social posts.
  • Assist in creating simple digital assets or mockups when needed.
  • Ensure brand identity and tone are consistently applied across all materials.

Market & Performance Analysis

  • Track and report key metrics such as engagement, reach, leads, and campaign performance.
  • Conduct basic competitive research and market analysis for trends and opportunities.
  • Provide insights and recommendations for improving future campaigns.

Administrative & Coordination Duties

  • Maintain organized files, reports, and documentation for marketing projects.
  • Support daily operations of the marketing department.
  • Coordinate with internal teams, suppliers, and partners to ensure smooth execution.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field.
  • 1–3 years of experience in marketing; digital marketing exposure is a strong plus.
  • Basic understanding of digital tools such as Meta Business Suite, Google Analytics, Mailchimp, Canva, or similar platforms.
  • Strong communication, organizational, and time-management skills.
  • Creative thinker with attention to detail and eagerness to learn.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks.

Preferred Experience (Advantage):

  • Experience in industries such as gaming, tech, entertainment, or e-commerce.
  • Familiarity with paid media workflows, SEO basics, or simple design edits.
  • Knowledge of social media trends and digital marketing best practices.
