We are a young and innovative global AI SaaS company, founded in 2020, with development centers in the USA, EU, India, and the Philippines. Our AI-powered CRM unites support, product, and development teams to help SaaS companies manage customer issues, gather feedback, and improve products—while showing the impact on revenue.

As we expand our technical team in the Philippines, we're looking for talented Mid-Level Test Automation Specialists to join a mission-driven organization and work with cutting-edge technologies in a truly global environment.

Shift & Work Setup

  • Dayshift / Midshift
  • Hybrid, 2–3x/week onsite at Cebu IT Park

What You'll Do

  • Design clear, comprehensive test cases covering positive/negative scenarios, edge cases, and system interactions
  • Develop and maintain automated test suites, refactoring outdated tests for accuracy and relevance
  • Implement AI-driven automation to accelerate test generation and reduce manual testing
  • Oversee test framework governance, analyze failures, and drive continuous improvements
  • Develop test reporting and alerting systems to monitor suite performance
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure high-quality software delivery

What You'll Bring

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field
  • 3–5 years of software testing experience, including at least 1 year with Playwright (Puppeteer acceptable)
  • Strong experience in automation testing frameworks and UI/REST API testing
  • Familiarity with AI tools in testing/software development
  • Proficiency in JavaScript, Python, Golang, or similar languages
  • Experience with test management, defect tracking, and CI/CD pipelines
  • Strong problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and excellent teamwork

Nice-to-Have Skills

  • Hands-on experience with PyTest, Ginkgo, or similar frameworks
  • Experience with AI agents for automated test generation
  • Knowledge of test framework design and test reporting tools
