  • Staff and operations management: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, work assignments, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
  • Staff development: Hire, train, and evaluate employees. This includes developing training programs and conducting performance reviews.
  • Client and vendor management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
  • Compliance and process improvement: Ensure operations comply with laws and regulations and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
  • Budget and finance: Manage operational budgets, allocate expenses, and track operational costs.
  • Reporting and support: Provide support to other departments and conduct regular operational reviews and audits.
