Operations Officer- Cebu

- Graduate of Business Administration or any related course.
-With strong experience in operations, preferably in staffing or manpower.
-Strong decision-making, problem-solving, communication (both oral and written), and detail-oriented skills.
-Ability to multitask, be diligent, and proactive.
- Staff and operations management: Manage day-to-day operations, including scheduling, work assignments, and resource allocation to ensure efficiency.
- Staff development: Hire, train, and evaluate employees. This includes developing training programs and conducting performance reviews.
- Client and vendor management: Serve as a point of contact for clients, resolve complaints, and maintain positive relationships with vendors.
- Compliance and process improvement: Ensure operations comply with laws and regulations and develop strategies to improve efficiency and productivity.
- Budget and finance: Manage operational budgets, allocate expenses, and track operational costs.
- Reporting and support: Provide support to other departments and conduct regular operational reviews and audits.
