We are a Hong Kong-based company delivering a highly respected, full-service Revenue Management solution to hotels around the world. As we continue our global expansion, we are establishing a new operations hub in Cebu, which will house both our Sales and Revenue Management teams. To support this exciting growth, we are looking for a skilled and reliable Office Manager to help run day-to-day operations and support our growing team.

Position Summary:

The Office Manager will play a central role in setting up and managing our Cebu office, ensuring smooth daily operations and creating a positive, productive work environment for our Sales and Revenue Management teams. This is a key support role that blends administration, HR coordination, vendor management, and basic financial oversight. You will be the go-to person for office-related matters and a vital bridge between local staff and international leadership.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the setup and ongoing maintenance of the Cebu office
  • Manage office supplies, vendors, and service providers
  • Coordinate local HR tasks such as onboarding, timekeeping, and basic payroll support (in collaboration with HQ)
  • Organize team meetings, trainings, and staff events
  • Maintain employee records and ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Support the Sales Manager and Revenue Management Team Leads with logistics and team coordination
  • Act as the first point of contact for internal queries related to office operations
  • Assist with scheduling, travel arrangements, and reporting when needed

Requirements:

  • 3+ years of experience in office administration, operations, or HR coordination
  • Experience working in a BPO, service, or international company environment preferred
  • Highly organized with strong problem-solving skills
  • Excellent communication in English (spoken and written)
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and/or Google Workspace
  • Ability to work independently, take initiative, and manage multiple responsibilities
  • Must be Cebu-based or willing to relocate
