Job Description

The HR Generalist plays a vital role in managing and enhancing all facets of human resources operations. This position is responsible for implementing and overseeing HR policies, procedures, and programs; offering expert guidance on employee relations; driving the full recruitment and onboarding lifecycle; and ensuring strict adherence to labor laws and regulations. We're seeking a proactive, detail-oriented professional who demonstrates a deep understanding of HR best practices and excels in building strong, collaborative relationships across the organization.

Qualifications

Educational Background:

Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management, Psychology, Business Administration, or any related field.

Experience:

Minimum of 2 years in a generalist HR role, preferably within a fast-paced or multi-location environment.

Strong knowledge of Philippine labor laws and due process procedures

Technical Skills & Knowledge:

Proficient in managing end-to-end onboarding processes, including employee orientation, pre-employment documentation, compliance monitoring, and coordination with HR offices.

Ability to maintain and update HR reports on key metrics such as pre-employment compliance, onboarding status, and KPI submissions.

Skilled in handling disciplinary processes with strict adherence to due process (issuing Notices to Explain, conducting hearings).

Interpersonal Skills:

Excellent communication, interpersonal, and organizational abilities.

Capable of working independently with minimal supervision while maintaining confidentiality and discretion.

Strong collaborator, able to work closely with department heads and escalate issues when necessary.

Additional Competencies:

Experience in conducting employee engagement initiatives and "HR Talks" to address early employee concerns.

Adaptability and resilience in a dynamic, fast-changing work environment.
