We are seeking an experienced and detail-oriented Estimator to support our electrical projects by preparing accurate and competitive cost estimates. The successful candidate will have experience using job management software like Fergus and Simpro to streamline quoting, project costing, and operational planning.

This role requires strong knowledge of electrical service scopes, materials, and labor pricing to ensure profitable and efficient project delivery. Key Responsibilities:Prepare accurate cost estimates for residential, commercial, and industrial electrical projects. Use Fergus and Simpro to manage quotes, create job costing reports, and monitor budgets.

Read and interpret electrical plans, specifications, and tender documents. Coordinate with suppliers and subcontractors for pricing and material availability. Track and manage revisions, variations, and scope changes.

Collaborate with operations and project management teams to align estimates with project execution. Maintain knowledge of market rates and electrical industry standards. Skills & Experience (Highly Preferred but

Not Required):Proven experience as an Estimator in the electrical or construction industry. Proficient in Fergus and Simpro for estimating and project tracking. Strong understanding of electrical systems, codes, and industry pricing structures.

Excellent attention to detail, numerical accuracy, and time management skills. Effective communication and negotiation skills with suppliers and stakeholders. Ability to manage multiple estimates and meet deadlines.
