Preconstruction Coordinator –

Rate: PHP 35,000–60,000/month

Schedule: M–F, 8 AM–5 PM HST

Reports to: Estimator & CEO

WHO WE ARE:

We're a high-performance general contracting firm headquartered in Hawaii, scaling aggressively across residential, commercial, and federal markets. Our estimating team is running multiple high-value bids at once — and we need a sharp, organized Preconstruction Coordinator to help keep it all dialed.

YOUR ROLE:

You'll be the right-hand to the estimator, keeping all bid documents organized, deadlines met, and proposals polished and submission-ready.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Manage incoming bid docs (drawings, addenda, RFIs, specs)

• Organize and version control all files in Google Drive

• Track RFI logs, submittal requirements, and pre-bid clarifications

• Format bid forms and create polished Word/PDF proposals

• Maintain bid calendar, submission tracker, and due dates

• Request quotes from vendors and subs as needed

REQUIRED SKILLS:

• 2+ years experience in construction admin or estimating support

• Strong Excel, Word, and Google Workspace proficiency

• Able to read bid scopes, timelines, and spec sections

• Fast, accurate, organized, and 100% reliable

• Fluent in written English

BONUS POINTS:

• Familiar with ProEst, Bluebeam, or other estimating tools

• Experience supporting federal bid packages or submittal tracking

• Can build Notion or ClickUp dashboards for tracking
