Job Description
  • Responsible in end-to-end recruitment including but not limited to job posting, sourcing, screening and initial interviewing candidate for the assigned account.
  • Managing the scheduling of interviews between candidates and the hiring managers, ensuring that both parties are well informed of the schedule.
  • Draft and serve of Job Offer.
  • Ensure completeness of pre-employment requirements of new hires for 201 filing.
  • Facilitate onboarding orientation of newly hired employees.
Qualifications
  • Bachelor's Degree: A degree in Human Resources (HR), Business Administration, Psychology, or any related field.
  • Preferably with at least 1 year of experience in experience in recruitment.
  • Ability to form working relationships with employees at all levels.
  • Good communication skills
  • Experience in the FMCG industry is a plus.
