Non-Negotiable Requirements


• 7–10 years of SAP experience in Finance (FI/CO) and/or Sales & Distribution (SD).


• Proven expertise in SAP Document and Reporting Compliance (DRC) or SAP eDocument Framework.


• Strong knowledge of E-Invoicing and E-Reporting legislation.


• Experience in O2C billing, AR/AP integration, tax configuration, and FI-SD flows.


• Proficiency in SAP CPI / PI/PO, digital signature processing, and API/XML integration.


• Familiarity with SAP S/4HANA Finance and migration from ECC.


• Knowledge of SAP AIF, Localization Hub, and Fiori DRC Apps.


• Hands-on experience with multi-country E-Invoicing deployments.


• Solid understanding of VAT compliance, tax reporting, and electronic archiving requirements.

Position Summary

The SAP E-Invoicing Expert will be a key member of the SAP Center of Excellence (CoE), responsible for leading the design, implementation, and ongoing support of SAP DRC and eDocument Framework solutions across both Finance (FICO) and Order-to-Cash (SD/O2C) processes.

The role ensures compliance with global e-Invoicing and e-Reporting mandates while supporting efficient and automated financial and billing transactions across SAP ECC and S/4HANA systems.

Key Duties and Responsibilities


• Lead end-to-end E-Invoicing projects covering both FI/CO and SD domains.


• Design and implement SAP DRC / eDocument Framework solutions enabling global e-Invoicing and regulatory reporting.


• Conduct requirements gathering with Finance, Tax, and O2C stakeholders and convert them into functional and technical designs.


• Integrate e-Invoicing with AR/AP postings, SD billing, and revenue recognition.


• Configure end-to-end electronic billing flows (SD billing → FI-AR postings → DRC submission).


• Process incoming vendor e-invoices (FI-AP) and ensure compliance with processing and archiving standards.


• Integrate SAP systems with external tax authorities and customer platforms.


• Ensure accurate XML/UBL mapping, digital signature compliance, and successful invoice transmission.


• Lead test cycles, cut-over activities, and hypercare support during rollouts.


• Maintain complete project documentation, including blueprints, functional specifications, integration flows, and user manuals.


• Provide training and knowledge transfer to Finance and O2C user groups.

Required Qualifications


• Excellent communication and coordination skills with Finance, Tax, and IT teams.


• Willing to work onsite 2–3 days per week in McKinley, Taguig on an EMEA / mid-shift schedule.


• Must not demonstrate a pattern of employment shorter than one year per company.

Preferred Skills


• SAP AIF, Localization Hub, Fiori DRC apps.


• Experience in multi-country e-Invoicing deployments.


• Familiarity with VAT compliance, tax reporting, and archiving regulations.


• Experience with project management and AMS support for regulatory or compliant-driven systems.


• Ability to mentor junior consultants and drive standardization of global E-Invoicing processes.
