Sr Expert Invoice Processing - Business Excellence

The Senior Expert for Business Excellence Team is responsible for the verification and monitoring of transactional items, month end closing activities, reporting and analysis for the accounting process he/she is assigned. The incumbent has deeper process and system understanding and be additionally responsible for the business process training.

PROCESS

• Responsible for timely and accurate processing of specific accounting transactions according to standard process documentation by supporting the Team Lead in managing the Team to provide high-quality performance.
• Comply with accounting standards, policies and procedures
• Contribute to the achievements of KPIs and other goals set by the organization
• Second level of Escalation for Process Issues and Process Deviations and analyse possible solutions based on standard procedures
• Prepare and analyze KPIs and, identify improvement areas and identify improvement and risk-mitigation measures.
• Contribute to process improvements and process documentation
• Lead process streamlining and best practice sharing
• Evaluate progress of measures, process improvements and recommendations, and escalate, if necessary.
• Prepare and maintain reports as per scope and/or as requested
• Organize tasks to meet daily targets and deliverables

STAKEHOLDER MANAGEMENT

• Coordinate with the Legal Entity and/or External customers/vendors according to a structured process
• Promotes an active communication & partnering with other S2P and SSO processes
• Ensure follow through on issues/incidents

PEOPLE

• Give guidance and training for the assigned process
• Conduct activity review and process check
• Builds process expertise

AUDIT

• Provide audit requirements and address audit queries
• Support Team Lead in reviewing findings/observations and in preparing recommend actions/response to the Operations Manager and Service Delivery Manager

AD-HOC

• Lead small projects
• Acts as Back-up of Team Lead

• Certified Public Accountant (preferably), or with Bachelor's Degree in any Business related courses with 4-5 years of experience
• Professional Experience in Accounting Functions, Shared Service and SAP and participation in Projects or similar activities are an advantage
• Strong English communication skills, both written and spoken
• Intermediate knowledge on Microsoft Office
• Highly customer oriented
• Demonstrates teamwork spirit
• Ability to work under pressure and in a fast-paced environment, with emphasis on high quality and timeliness.
• Analytical, proactive and can drive results through others.
• Experienced in analyzing and interpreting data and reports to draw conclusion, and to make recommendations based on data.
• Strong interpersonal, issues handling, decision-making, critical thinking, organizational, time management and learning agility skills
• Strong S2P process knowledge
