We are seeking a highly motivated former or current educator to serve as a Part-Time Commission-Based Educational Outreach Specialist. Responsibilities & Duties

Your duties will focus on business development and enrollment, using your teaching background as a powerful sales asset.

1. Consultation & Enrollment (The Commission Drivers)

  • Lead Generation: Proactively identify and engage prospective clients (e.g., reaching out to parents via community groups, networking with school staff, or managing online leads).
  • Needs Assessment: Conduct initial, personalized consultations with parents or students to deeply understand their academic challenges and goals.
  • Program Matching: Effectively present and recommend the educational service, course, or tutor that best fits the client's needs, using your pedagogical knowledge to explain the value.
  • Enrollment Closure: Guide clients through the enrollment process, ensuring a smooth transition to the tutoring or program delivery team.
  • Follow-up: Maintain a relationship with newly enrolled clients to encourage retention, which may lead to residual or recurring commission.

2. Content & Credibility (Leveraging Educator Status)

  • Represent the company at local school events, career fairs, and community gatherings as a credible subject matter expert.
  • Provide feedback to the curriculum team based on common client questions and market demand.
  • Potentially create short, engaging content (blog posts, short videos) that showcases the program's educational value.

Qualifications & Requirements

  • Teaching Experience: Prior experience ([2+ years]) as a teacher or tutor in [Specify Level/Subject, e.g., K-12 math, English as a Second Language] is highly preferred.
