We are seeking highly motivated and results-oriented Part-Time Online Educators to join our network as Independent Contractors. This is a fully remote, work-from-home position with a 100% commission-based compensation structure. The successful candidate will be responsible for delivering engaging, effective, and personalized instruction in Subject(s), e.g., Math (Algebra/Calculus), ESL, Test Prep (SAT/ACT), Programming].

Key Responsibilities

  1. Instruction and Student Engagement

  2. Deliver High-Quality Instruction: Conduct one-on-one or small group online lessons using video conferencing tools and our online learning platform.

  3. Curriculum Customization: Adapt and/or develop lesson plans and teaching materials to meet the specific learning needs and goals of each student.
  4. Monitor Progress: Track, assess, and report on student performance and progress, adjusting teaching strategies as necessary.

  5. Maintain Professionalism: Ensure a professional, engaging, and distraction-free virtual learning environment at all times.

  6. Self-Management and Contractor Duties

  7. Manage Schedule: Independently manage and schedule teaching hours, ensuring reliability and consistency for booked students.

  8. Client Communication: Maintain timely and professional communication with students, parents, and the platform management team.
  9. Commission Focus: Actively encourage student retention, renewals, and positive referrals, as performance is directly tied to commission earnings.
Compensation: 100% Commission-Based

This is a commission-only Independent Contractor role. There is no base salary, hourly wage, or fixed pay. Earnings are directly tied to your teaching volume and success.

  • Earning Potential: Commissions are paid based on billable hours taught and/or new student enrollments/package sales.

  • Commission Rate: Earn up to X% of the revenue generated from each successfully completed lesson/session.

  • Performance Incentives: Opportunities for bonus commission upon achieving high student retention rates or positive student feedback scores.

Preferred

  • Prior experience as an Online Teacher or Remote Tutor.
  • Active teaching certification/license.
  • Proficiency in creating engaging, interactive digital lessons.
