We areseeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Representative to join our growing team in Davao City. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service to clients of our new telecommunications account. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute to the success of a dynamic, fast-paced organisation.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to incoming customer inquiries and requests via phone, email, and chat in a timely and professional manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues efficiently, escalating complex matters to senior team members as needed
  3. Maintain detailed records of customer interactions and actions taken to ensure efficient case management
  4. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and implement process improvements that enhance the overall customer experience
  5. Actively participate in training and development programmes to continuously enhance your product knowledge and customer service skills

What we're looking for

  1. Previous experience in a customer service or call centre role, preferably in the telecommunications industry
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport and resolve customer concerns
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities to effectively handle a variety of customer inquiries
  4. Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) software and other relevant technology
  5. A passion for delivering exceptional customer service and a commitment to exceeding customer expectations
  6. Fluency in both English and Tagalog, with the ability to communicate clearly and effectively
