About the role

NEW TOWN FRESH PRODUCE CORPORATION' is seeking a dedicated HR Staff to join our dynamic team. In this full-time, office-based role in Davao City Davao del Sur, you will play a crucial part in supporting the overall HR function and contributing to the success of our growing organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Assisting with the full employee life cycle, from recruitment and onboarding to performance management and employee relations.

  • Providing administrative support for HR processes such as maintaining employee records, and benefits processing.

  • Collaborating with the HR team to develop and implement HR policies and procedures.

  • Serving as the first point of contact for employee inquiries and addressing HR-related concerns.

  • Supporting the HR Manager in various projects and initiatives as needed.

What we're looking for

  • 1-2 years of experience in a HR staff role, preferably within the human resources industry.

  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build positive relationships with employees at all levels.

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a keen eye for detail.

  • Working knowledge of HR best practices and relevant employment laws and regulations.

  • Proficiency in using HR-related software and MS Office applications.

  • A passion for providing exceptional HR support and contributing to the growth and development of the organization.
