About the role

Reporting directly to the Accounting team, this Accounts Receivable Support role is a contract position based in Bonifacio Global City, Taguig City, Metro Manila. This position will play a key part in the company's Accounts Receivable and Credit Control function, with a hybrid work arrangement.

What you'll be doing

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date accounts receivable records
  • Monitor and follow up on outstanding invoices and collections
  • Liaise with customers to resolve billing inquiries and disputes
  • Prepare and send invoices, statements, and other accounts receivable-related documents
  • Process customer payments and apply them to the correct accounts
  • Assist with credit control activities, including credit checks and setting credit limits
  • Provide support for month-end and quarter-end accounts receivable reporting
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth accounts receivable processes

What we're looking for

  • At least 1-3 years of accounts receivable or credit control experience, preferably in a similar industry
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent numeracy skills
  • Proficient in using accounting software and MS Office applications
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills to liaise with customers
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Familiarity with accounts receivable best practices and industry regulations
