is looking for a visionary
Creative Director
who can blend art, strategy, and passion into one compelling brand story. This role calls for someone who doesn't just create campaigns — but builds experiences that sell, inspire, and connect deeply with our market.

What You'll Do:

Brand Vision & Strategy

  • Lead the creative direction of brand campaigns — from concept to execution — ensuring alignment with our beauty and wellness identity.
  • Translate business and marketing goals into powerful creative strategies that
    sell the brand and drive results.
  • Elevate the company's creative output across platforms, ensuring every message reflects our brand purpose, elegance, and authenticity.

Campaigns & Advertising

  • Oversee end-to-end campaign creation: from ideation, storyboarding, and visual development to production and rollout.
  • Know how to
    run an ad that resonates, converts, and builds brand love.
  • Partner with Marketing Teams to craft impactful Above-the-Line, Below-the-Line, and digital advertising initiatives.

Collaboration

  • Collaborate with a team of Designers, Writers, and Multimedia Creatives — or confidently handle projects independently when needed.
  • Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams (Marketing, Digital Marketing and PR) to ensure creative cohesion and timely delivery.

Innovation & Trend Awareness

  • Stay ahead of trends in beauty, skincare, lifestyle, and digital engagement.
  • Continuously seek new ways to tell stories that empower and transform.

What We're Looking For:

  • Degree in
    Advertising, Fine Arts, Design, Marketing, Communications, or related fields
  • At least
    5 years of experience in a senior creative role
    (preferably in beauty, wellness, lifestyle, or Advertising industries)
  • A strong
    portfolio
    that demonstrates strategic creativity, storytelling, and brand selling power
  • Proven experience
    conceptualizing and executing ad campaigns
    across digital and traditional platforms
  • Passion for
    wellness, lifestyle, beauty, and skincare
    — ideally living and embodying the brand values
  • Excellent leadership, presentation, and collaboration skills
  • Can thrive both
    independently and as a team leader
