JOB SUMMARY

The Brand Marketing Senior Supervisor drives the visibility and appeal of the Asian Institute of Management through brand-building campaigns with a focus on institutional marketing. This role ensures that the Institute's positioning resonates strongly with prospective students, parents, and the wider community. By supervising the planning and execution of integrated marketing campaigns, the role also contributes directly to the growth of the undergraduate programs, ensuring that the Institute connects effectively with its target audience through high-impact, multi-channel campaigns across digital, social, and on-ground platforms.

JOB SPECIFICATIONS

Marketing Operations and Management

  • Act as the AIM brand champion, supporting the Marketing Director in coordinating and executing brand marketing campaigns for institutional priorities.

  • Participate in strategy discussions and ensure alignment with institutional marketing direction.

  • Work closely with School Heads, the Undergraduate Recruitment team, and other internal stakeholders to capture requirements and translate them into actionable brand marketing plans.

  • Lead the day-to-day implementation of campaigns for Undergraduate and institutional initiatives, collaborating with cross-functional teams for creative development, asset delivery, and media deployment.

Performance Monitoring and Reporting

  • Track campaign performance and ensure alignment with the customer journey.

  • Monitor and ensure lead targets, timelines, and budget allocations are being met.

  • Maintain campaign documentation, timelines, and reports, providing regular updates to the Marketing Director and their assigned PIC to guide campaign optimization.

Agency and Campaign Coordination

  • Prepare briefs for creative and media agencies (if needed), ensuring campaign requirements and brand guidelines are clear.

  • Review outputs for accuracy, quality, and fit.

Market and Audience Insights

  • Build a strong understanding of the undergraduate audience, programs, and AIM's value proposition to support more targeted and relevant campaign execution.

  • Gather market insights and conduct competitive scans to inform campaign positioning, messaging, and audience targeting. Regularly monitor trends and competitor moves.

Education

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Business, or a related field is required.

Minimum Experience

  • At least 5 years of experience in marketing, advertising, account/agency coordination, or events.

  • Experience in brand management support, campaign execution, and stakeholder coordination, ideally with exposure to both creative and digital teams.

  • Familiarity with digital marketing channels and lead generation is an advantage.

Business Understanding

  • Solid understanding of how brand marketing supports student recruitment and institutional visibility in the education sector.

  • Familiar with campaign workflows, customer journeys, and brand positioning principles, as well as the importance of lead quality, timing, and follow-through.

Work Setup: 

This position is 100% office-based, with occasional travel or fieldwork as required by program or project needs.

Work Schedule: 

Standard working hours are 8 hours per day, Monday to Friday, with a flexitime log-in window between 7:00 AM and 10:00 AM.
