AUXILIA INC' is seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused Chat Support Specialist to join our growing team in Pasig City, Metro Manila. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through text-based chat interactions, booking appointments, and supporting our clients' needs. What you'll be doing

  • Providing prompt and courteous customer service through text-based chat interactions
  • Responding to customer inquiries, addressing concerns, and resolving issues in a timely and efficient manner
  • Booking appointments and managing schedules for clients
  • Maintaining accurate records and documentation of customer interactions
  • Identifying opportunities to enhance the customer experience and suggesting improvements
  • Collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure seamless service delivery

What we're looking for

  • Excellent written communication skills with the ability to articulate ideas clearly and concisely
  • Strong customer service orientation with a passion for problem-solving
  • Proficient in using various software applications and customer relationship management (CRM) tools
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities
  • Demonstrated experience in a customer service or call centre environment, preferably in the non-voice or appointment setting domain
