About the role

We are seeking experienced individuals to join our team as Non-Voice* Chat/Email Support agents. In this full-time role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service through online chat and email communication. This position offers a competitive salary of up to 28,000 PHP per month and is located in Pasig City, Metro Manila.

What you'll be doing

  1. Respond to customer inquiries and concerns via online chat and email in a friendly, efficient and effective manner
  2. Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues while providing a high level of customer satisfaction
  3. Accurately document all customer interactions and resolutions in the company's systems
  4. Collaborate with team members to share best practices and improve processes
  5. Adhere to all company policies, procedures and quality standards

What we're looking for

  1. Minimum of 6 months of experience in a BPO (Business Process Outsourcing) environment
  2. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal
  3. Strong problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
  4. Proficient in English, both in speaking and writing
  5. Ability to work in a fast-paced, customer-centric environment
  6. Adaptable and willing to learn new skills and technologies
