Customer Support Representatives – Voice and Non-Voice Roles

Location: Bridgetowne, Pasig

Employment Type: Full-time

Salary Range: ₱19,000 to ₱21,000 (based on tenure)

We're hiring Customer Support Representatives for both Voice (Sales / Order Support) and Non-Voice (Chat / Email) roles. If you have at least 6 months of experience in customer service or sales, this is a great opportunity to grow your career in a supportive and professional environment.

Responsibilities

Voice (Sales / Order Support)

  • Handle inbound customer calls
  • Assist with orders, product inquiries, and promotions
  • Provide excellent service and resolve issues quickly

Non-Voice (Chat / Email)

  • Respond to customer inquiries via chat and email
  • Offer support, guidance, and solutions
  • Maintain professionalism and accuracy in communication

Qualifications

  • High School Graduate
  • Minimum of 6 months BPO experience (Sales or Customer Service)
  • SVAR Score: 61 (B2 level)

  • Typing Speed:

  • Voice: 26 WPM

  • Non-Voice: 32 WPM
  • Data Entry: 23 WPM / 50% Accuracy
  • Sales Aptitude: 80%
  • Written Assessment (Non-Voice): Versant B2
  • Complexity Score: 5000

Salary Structure

  • 6 to 12 months: ₱19,000
  • 13 to 35 months: ₱20,000
  • 36 months and above: ₱21,000
