  • At PeoplePartners, we're hiring for one of our amazing clients in the mortgage space—an established broker team known for their friendly vibe and dedication to client service. They're growing fast and need someone to help keep everything on track behind the scenes.
About the Role
  • You'll be the go-to support for a top-performing broker, managing loan documents, updating systems, and making sure nothing falls through the cracks. It's a remote role, perfect for someone who loves ticking things off their to-do list and getting things right the first time.
Your Key Responsibilities:
  • Upload, update, and manage loan application files.
  • Liaise with lenders to follow up on loan progress.
  • Keep client records accurate and current.
  • Schedule key follow-ups like repricing and fixed/IO reviews.
  • Pitch in with admin tasks that keep the team humming.
