Job description:
The Doctor Engagement Associate Manager assists in achieving the SBUs targets and objectives through effective communication of ancillary services and programs with medical practitioners. He/She also gathers, validates, and reports to the Physician Engagement Director /Chief Operating Officer all feedback and information received or collected and creates an appropriate program/project to address situation.
Specific Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Primary Functions
1.1. Presents QualiMed services and promotions to medical practitioners practicing within the network
1.2. Responsible for effectively communicating new services, new product launches, promotions, campaigns, events, etc. to SBU' medical practitioners, doctors, affiliated medical doctors, clinics and other assigned institutions and units.
1.3. Recommends course of actions and/or programs based on validated feedback data and in synchronization with the Physician Engagement director to gain, build, strengthen and/or restore relationships with medical practitioners, and/or intended market to achieve sales objectives.
1.4. Ensures appropriate and timely implementation of marketing promotions, campaigns to all targeted market.
1.5. Responds to complaints, coordinates and facilitates formulation of response or action with concerned units.
1.6. Monitors, documents, investigates, resolves and reports any and all complaints/dissatisfaction related ancillary services, CCC Bundles in not more than 2 weeks from the date of the incident copy furnish the Director for Physician Engagement, Medical and Ancillary Director and Administrative and Finance Director and the concerned units/departments.
1.7. Executes "damage control" actions as required.
2. Other related tasks or functions
2.1. Responsible in periodically reviewing and analysing work flow systems to address or respond in areas of improvement or inconsistency.
2.2. Devises and designs programs to foster doctor satisfaction to induce word of mouth marketing to achieve targets.
2.3. Provides input in the development or improvement of policies and procedural guidelines.
2.4. Ensures that proper documentation is observed and implemented for all transactions.
2.5. Performs other duties and tasks as assigned by the Director for Physician Engagement/COO.
2.6. Practices /compliance with existing company rules, policies, regulations and agreements.
2.7. Practice/compliance with quality processes, procedures and 5S.
Qualifications:
- At least three (3) years experience as Customer Care Officer, Account/Sales Executive, Relationship Officer gained from a service oriented industry, Fast Moving Consumer Goods (FMCG) FMCG, Pharmaceutical Company, Business Process Outsourcing (BPO). Experience in hospital/healthcare industry an advantage. Graduate of Psychology, Social Work, Marketing, Management or any related 4-year degree course.
