About the role

We are seeking a part-time College Professor to join our dynamic team at Colegio de San Gabriel Arcangel in San Jose del Monte City, Bulacan. This is an exciting opportunity to contribute your expertise and share your passion for teaching in a tertiary education setting.

What you'll be doing

  1. Deliver engaging and effective lectures, seminars, and tutorials to undergraduate students.
  2. Prepare and update course materials, including lesson plans, presentations, and assessments, to ensure accuracy and relevance.
  3. Provide academic guidance and support to students, including office hours and mentoring.
  4. Actively participate in departmental and faculty meetings, contributing to the development of the curriculum.
  5. Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and developments in your field of expertise.
  6. Undertake research and scholarly activities to enhance your teaching and the institution's academic profile.

What we're looking for

  1. Essential: Bachelor of Science in Accountancy (BSA) and a current CPA licence. Master's degree (MA) or Doctoral degree in Accounting, Business, Education, or related field is a plus.
  2. Significant teaching experience at the tertiary level, with a proven track record of delivering high-quality instruction
  3. Strong subject matter expertise and a deep understanding of current trends and best practices in your field
  4. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage and inspire students
  5. A commitment to continuous learning and professional development
  6. Familiarity with effective teaching methodologies and assessment techniques
