Job description

Job Scope:

To develop and manage regional distributors, dealers, and directly serviced customers in the designated territory with the main objective of increasing and improving client penetration of Grand Nourriture International Inc. (GNI) products.

To establish functional and operational relationships with other GNI departments towards achieving the said business objectives.

To achieve assigned sales and census targets for the specified channels and territory.

Key Accountabilities:

  1. Increase the customer count in the specified territory via multiple trade channels and industries

  2. Develop and manage the company's relationship with the key decision makers of the assigned customers and potential clients

  3. Constant monitoring of the client's purchase patterns to further improve customer purchase basket, share of market with customer purchases, and competitor pricing behaviour

  4. Ensure customer satisfaction in delivering company commitments at servicing the client's needs and requirements

  5. Identify business opportunities in the assigned territory

  6. Submits on time, complete sales reports and updates all accounts receivables

  7. Do other tasks related to the position.

Job Qualification

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing or related field.
  • With experience as Territory Specialist or similar role in food industry or related field
  • Preferably exposure in food industry, i.e. dairy, non-dairy products, baking ingredients.
  • Handles key accounts, dealers, distributors and other accounts such as hotel, restaurant and baking industry.
  • Strong understanding of market dynamics and customer preferences.
  • With demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and managing accounts
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skill
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical abilities.
  • Self-motivated, proactive, and results-oriented.
