Key Responsibilities

  • Develop and execute a sales strategy to meet or exceed monthly and annual sales targets for lubricant products.
  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities in automotive shops, transport fleets, industrial accounts, and reseller networks.
  • Conduct regular client visits to manage existing accounts and ensure high customer satisfaction.
  • Present product features, benefits, and technical applications to customers.
  • Negotiate pricing, sales terms, and contracts in accordance with company guidelines.
  • Monitor competitor activities, pricing strategies, and market trends.
  • Prepare and submit regular sales forecasts, activity reports, and customer feedback.
  • Coordinate with logistics to ensure on-time product delivery and inventory management.
  • Assist in sales promotions, product demonstrations, and trade events.
  • Ensure proper implementation of collection and credit policies.
  • Provide after-sales support and technical assistance in coordination with the technical team.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field (preferred but not required).
  • At least 1–3 years of sales experience, preferably in lubricants, petroleum, automotive, industrial products, or FMCG.
  • Strong understanding of B2B sales and field selling dynamics.
  • Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
  • Goal-driven, with strong planning and territory management abilities.
  • Must be willing to travel extensively within assigned territory.
  • Valid driver's license (required).
