The Cynet Philippines Locum Credentialing  team is looking for a Licensing Specialist that will compile required documents, research necessary information and interact with licensing boards in order to obtain medical licenses in states where providers have been placed in a permanent placement job.

Responsibilities:

  • Complete medical license applications and renewals promptly, adhering to board regulations and guidelines.
    Compiles documents, researches and verifies provider education
  • Acts as a liaison between state boards and providers
  • Obtains updates on the status of applications and reports progress
  • Requests and verifies documentation and information pertaining to education and licensing
  • Makes necessary calls and sends appropriate correspondence to request applications from state boards; notifies the providers of said requests; obtains application updates
  • Communicates with boards regarding licensure qualifications and specific licensing questions
  • Requests and tracks all documents requested by state boards
  • Requests National Board verifications and state license verifications
  • Stay current on evolving laws, policies, and regulations affecting licensure processes.

Education & Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or a minimum of 2+ years of experience in a relevant field.
  • 2+ years of full-time experience in medical licensing, medical regulation, or credentialing.
  • Experience working with a variety of healthcare provider types, including MDs, DOs, PAs, Nurses, Allied Health Providers, and Behavioral Health professionals.
  • Excellent written and oral communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Gmail, Google Drive, and Adobe Acrobat.
  • Strong management and leadership skills with previous supervisory experience preferred.
  • Superior administrative, organizational, and multitasking abilities.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Ability to adapt quickly, think critically, and problem-solve in a rapidly growing business environment.
  • Effectively manage large amounts of information and documentation
  • Prioritize efficiently
  • Strong organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Excellent time management skills focusing on urgent deadlines
  • Interact professionally with state licensing boards, teammates, education facilities, providers and facility representatives
