Job Summary:

We are seeking a highly motivated Assistant Vice President – Asset Servicing to join our Wealth Management Operations team. In this role, you will partner with global business and client-facing teams to manage corporate and class actions across multiple markets. You will play a key role in driving strategic initiatives, optimizing processes, and ensuring operational excellence.

This position is ideal for a leader with strong analytical skills, deep knowledge of asset servicing, and a passion for improving efficiency and client experience through innovation and digital transformation.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the full life cycle of corporate actions (mandatory, voluntary, and choice) ensuring accurate and timely execution in line with client and regulatory requirements.
  • Oversee class actions, proxy, and structured products from initiation to resolution, ensuring compliance and optimal client outcomes.
  • Lead performance management, staff development, and training initiatives to promote operational excellence and professional growth.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Client Services, Bankers, Custody, and Technology) to enhance service delivery and client satisfaction.
  • Drive transformation projects and contribute to process innovation and automation initiatives.
  • Monitor operational KPIs, ensure timely and accurate delivery, and proactively manage escalations and risks.
  • Maintain strong governance and control frameworks, ensuring adherence to policies and risk management standards.
  • Conduct process training for new hires and ensure all operational documentation is up to date.

Qualifications & Skills:

Required:

  • Strong knowledge of Asset Servicing and Securities Markets.
  • Proficiency in SWIFT messages and understanding of financial market operations.
  • Advanced skills in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint, Word).
  • Ability to manage operations with minimal supervision and handle complex issues effectively.
  • Excellent attention to detail with a commitment to accuracy and compliance.
  • Strong understanding of risk and control frameworks and process improvement methodologies.

  • Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Proven leadership and mentoring experience.
  • Strong client service mindset with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.
  • Collaborative, adaptable, and capable of leading by influence across global teams.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: Php100, Php300,000.00 per month
