As we build our brand from the ground up, we're looking for passionate, driven, and service-oriented Barista to join our pioneering team. This is your chance to be part of something fresh, meaningful, and full of potential — where your ideas and energy help shape the entire customer experience.

What You'll Do:

  • Welcome customers warmly and provide friendly, engaging service.
  • Prepare and serve beverages with consistency and care.
  • Operate espresso machines, grinders, and other café equipment confidently and safely.
  • Maintain a clean, organized, and inviting bar and seating area.
  • Share your knowledge of our menu, beans, and Italian café culture with customers.
  • Handle cash and digital transactions accurately via POS system.
  • Assist with daily operations including restocking, cleaning, and prep work.
  • Collaborate with the team to develop new ideas and maintain high service standards.

Who We're Looking For:

  • Previous barista or food & beverage experience is a plus
  • Excellent communication skills and conversational English are advantage
  • Friendly, approachable, and confident in talking to customers.
  • Passionate about coffee, service, and delivering a high-quality experience.
  • Positive attitude, dependable, and a strong team player.
  • Comfortable working in a startup environment with flexibility and initiative.
  • Willing to work various shifts, including weekends and holidays.
