JOB SUMMARY:

The Barista/ Bar Staff reports directly to Barista. Responsible to assisting the Barista for correct and timely preparation and production of all beverages and food items to be sold at the store.

KEY FUNCTIONS AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Preparation and production of items at the Bar area according to standards.
  • Responsible for inventory management to ensure timely and efficient production.
  • Ensure cleanliness and sanitation at the work area.
  • Observe relevant health and food safety standards at all times.
  • Receiving of raw materials and other inventory items needed for production.
  • Custodian of all equipment and tools at the Bar area.
  • Replenish of stocks of dry and raw mats in the area.
  • Customer focus to deliver customer needs and wants in a timely manner.
  • Other tasks as may be assigned.

REQUIREMENTS AND QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Atleast a holder of 2 years diploma in Coffee Barista or similar TechVoc field.
  • At least 1 year(s) of working experience in the related field is required for this position.
  • Applicants must be willing to work in Pasay (NAIA Terminal 3).
  • Preferably 1-4 Yrs Experienced Employees specializing in Food/Beverage/Restaurant Service or equivalent.
  • Full-Time position(s) available.
  • Willing to Start ASAP
