JOB DESCRIPTION

● Focus on asset servicing and repair for both office and field-based concerns● Service support to the malls

● Technical writing

● Technical team supervision, scheduling and deployment

● Technical liaison for operations

● Regional Technical Service Engineer coordination

● Assist in supplier coordination

● Part/s procurement of critical parts

● IT equipment research and development

● Preparation and issuance of quotations for service activities

● Assist on the verifications of shop drawings and QA of implemented designs

● Maintenance of deployed assets to ensure all are in good condition

● Assist in content updating, and validation of the Technical Service Engineers' tasks, photos, and monthly documentation

QUALIFICATIONS

● Graduate of any Technical-related course preferably in Computer Technology, IT, Instrumentation Technology and Computer and Electronics Engineering

● At least 5 years of experience in the related field

● Familiar with IoT and power control systems

● Skilled in conventional and wave soldering techniques

● Able to accurately diagnose computer and electronic issues and possess a smart problem-solving skill

● Basic electrical skills

● Familiar with Microsoft Office and Google Workspace platforms

● Efficient time management and can work within deadlines

● Detail-oriented and organized

● Skilled in technical writing

● Background in computer network management and LED systems is a plus

● Customer care oriented

Work Set Up: Onsite (Monday to Friday) with field work

Location: Ortigas, Pasig City
