Job Qualifications:

  • Graduate of Accountancy, Management, Finance or its equivalent
  • With or without CPA or CMA certifications
  • At least 2 years in a managerial or supervisory finance role in accounting and finance
  • Proficient in ERP systems such as Oracle NetSuite, SAP, or QuickBooks
  • Experience in leading ERP implementations is a plus
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
  • Excellent Communication and presentation skills
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and work under tight deadlines
  • Experience with BOI reporting or financial preparation is a strong advantage

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyse financial reports, including profit & loss statements, CAPEX reports, consolidated financials, and executive summaries for management review
  • Lead the preparation of consolidated budgets and recast plans; oversee the full budget cycle from planning through approval
  • Upload and manage approved departmental budgets in coordination with relevant teams
  • Work with operations to monitor and explain budget variances, ensuring accountability and proactive resolution
  • Conduct profitability analyses at the customer, service, and business segment levels
  • Perform detailed cost analysis and recommend optimization strategies
  • Provide accurate forecasts and financial projections to support Sales and Executive Management
  • Prepare projected financial statements and related documentation for BOI applications and compliance
  • Enhance and maintain robust financial models and reporting tools for improved business decision-making
  • Verify that material, labor requests, and CAPEX proposals are within budget and monitor actual utilization
  • Evaluate project expansions, including ROI tracking and post-implementation reviews
  • Lead the implementation of a new accounting or ERP system, driving process innovation and integration

Pay: Php40, Php50,000.00 per month
